A Dursley-based scaffolding company with over 24 years' experience.
Adrian Swirski and Robin Wellings founded A&R Scaffolding 30+ years ago. They employed Ben Jagger as a young apprentice 24 years ago at the age of 17 - they then went on to retire at the end of 2023 and Ben took on their established company in January 2024.
Ben continues to work closely with regular customers keeping a friendly and professional relationship. Ben now has his son Joel Jagger on the tools, with hopes that A&R Scaffolding will continue for another 30 years as family run business.
Every member of our team is fully qualified, highly experienced, and deeply familiar with the unique architectural styles of our region. We do not just erect scaffolding; we partner with homeowners, builders, and project managers to make sure every build is supported by honest advice, fair pricing, and uncompromised safety.

OUR TEAM
We heavily invest In our staff so that they are all up to date with relevent training and certificates needed and all staff are CISRS registered.
We are also keen to employ the younger generation to try and encourage more young people into the scaffolding industry by offering them an apprenticeship which will give them great opportunities in the future.
Scaffolding is a hard job but extremely rewarding if you get the right people/team behind you.
